Other Then View from the Hotel, there is nothing to write about. 1. Dirty Rooms 2. Lack of Staff 3. Dirty Bedsheets 4. No Hot Water in Cold Climates (literally have to keep following up with reception & they take more then 2 hrs. to provide the same) 5. Heaters are Charged & when your argue for basic amenities, they say hotel policy. 6. Intercoms don't work, Door Locks don't work. 7. Food is half Cooked (All meals) 8. Bathrooms are highly un-hygienic. 9. Too far from Mall Road (takes min. 1 hr. if stuck in traffic) 10. Room Service / House Keeping - They hardly Exist at this property. 11. Music Played in Dining Rooms is pathetic. 12. Mobile Network issues is on a diff. level. The property seems neglected for a long time, which if maintained could do wonders considering the views from the rooms early morning. DON'T WASTE MONEY BEHIND THIS PROPERTY - CHOOSE SOMETHING BETTER AROUND MALL ROAD.

Dirty bed linens.. very dirty hotel. Poor to poorest service.. while we were told that its a three star hotel, it was hardly one star. Looked very shady.. some rooms were ok, but very poorly maintained. Wouldnt recommend at all. One bottle of half litre sprite is charged 250₹!

The hospitality provided by the staff was good, food here at the hotel was also great in all the meals. View from the hotel is also scenic. Overall stay at highland is good highly recommended. The staff was overall very cooperative. Good stay!
